We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products (unless they arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue)
Any food item (i.e. lollipops, honey, etc.)
Subscription products: The Golden Letter Magazine, The Golden Letter Box, or any subscription based items even if ordered as a one-time purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@goldenletter.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

Annual subscriptions canceled before the end of the term will be refunded at a pro-rated monthly rate.

For example, The Golden Letter Magazine will be pro-rated at the per-issue rate of $7.
Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded but will be canceled at the end of the month in which cancellation is requested.

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
